PENALTY SANCTIONS

 

SEANB has set some rules in addition to the measures taken in the Terms of Service Agreement, Distance Sales Agreement and Money Transfer Agreement in order to protect the rights of the tenants and ensure customer satisfaction. If you violate these rules as a boat owner, some penal sanctions will be applied in proportion to the customer dissatisfaction caused by the violation.
As a boat owner, you are expected to fulfill a reservation you have accepted in accordance with the specified terms and cancellation policies. If you cancel a reservation you have made, other than for force majeure reasons, your account will be suspended for 6 months. You are expected to fulfill other reservations that have already been made during this period.
The boat owner and the crew are expected to be careful in their communication with the tenants. In the event of a disgraceful crime committed by the crew, you will be removed from the SEANB system indefinitely and immediately.
If the boat owner or crew communicates with guests inappropriately, makes disturbing physical contact, uses racist, threatening, discriminatory, disrespectful of sexual preferences, or behaves in a manner that does not comply with moral and social rules, the SEANB account will be suspended for a period of not less than 12 months as a result of the evaluation.

If you, as a boat owner, provide service with a captain or crew who does not have the required minimum license, experience and competence, your SEANB account will be suspended for a period of not less than 3 months, but probably until the relevant deficiency is completed.

If, as a boat owner, you try to go beyond the SEANB reservation process, share your contact information with the renter or direct the renter to rent from a different platform or medium, your SEANB account will be suspended for a period of 12 months.

If the renter creates a request for your advertisement and you approve this reservation request as the boat owner, you cannot make any upward changes to the reservation fee and other price components. If you try to revise the price upwards regarding a reservation request you have approved, your relevant advertisement will be closed for 1 month.
If you act in a way that will endanger the safety of your guests, your SEANB account will be suspended for a period of not less than 6 months as a result of the investigation.
If you deviate from the specified route as a boat owner or cancel the route you have committed without giving a reason, your relevant advertisement will be closed for 1 month.
If there are more people on the boat than specified in the employee category, your relevant advertisement will be closed for 3 months.
If you try to provide service with a different boat than the one specified in the advertisement as a boat owner without informing and confirming SEANB and if the guest does not accept this change, your account will be suspended by SEANB for 12 months.
If you, as a boat owner, deliver the boat to the guest more than 4 hours later, except for force majeure reasons, your relevant advertisement will be closed for a period of not less than 1 month. If you do not deliver the boat to your guest, except for force majeure reasons, your SEANB account will be suspended indefinitely.
As a boat owner, you are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information regarding your advertisements on SEANB. If your guests encounter any problems due to incorrect or incomplete information, your ad will be suspended for a period of not less than 3 months. If information regarding basic boat features such as length, number of cabins, and guest capacity, which cannot be completed later, is incorrect, the ad will be suspended for 12 months.

If you cancel 2 reservations in the last year without a valid reason, your SEANB account will be suspended for 6 months.
If you cancel the option you have given without a valid reason, your SEANB account will be suspended for 1 month.
If the guest’s communication requests are not answered for more than 24 hours without a valid reason after the reservation is made, your relevant ad will be closed for 1 month.
If your guest is exposed to disturbingly unhygienic conditions (very strong odor, known disease-carrying insects, poisonous and stinging insects, fleas or parasites, etc.), your ad will be suspended for a period of not less than 12 months, but probably until the relevant problem is resolved.
The Super Boat Owner status of boat owners who do not comply with the above rules and are subject to penal sanctions will be lost for a period of not less than 3 months, during the period when the penalty is applied, and their advertisements will not be highlighted by SEANB in ​​any media. In the event that boat owners are subject to any of the penal sanctions mentioned above, all damages arising from third parties and SEANB will be held liable.
